Meet Arthur Lozano

The work came first. The name came from family.

Arthur built his career one job, one long summer, and one hard-won lesson at a time. Air Valentine is the company that grew from that experience—and from the family who helped him believe it was possible.

Built from experience. Named for family.

“I learned this trade from the ground up. The years taught me how to install and service equipment—but also how important it is to show up, explain things honestly, and stand behind the result.

A career earned in the field

From helper and runner to company owner.

What began as support work in 1998 became more than 20 years of hands-on learning. Arthur worked under a mentor, learned installation, and built service experience through the demanding schedules that define South Texas HVAC.

1998

Started from the ground up

Arthur entered HVAC as a helper and runner, then learned installation through steady field training and the guidance of a trusted mentor.

1998–2019

Two decades in the field

Years with large HVAC companies brought installation and service experience through long summers, nights, weekends, and holidays.

The person who kept pushing

Alma saw the future before Arthur was ready to claim it.

Arthur met Alma in 2013. She encouraged him when he did not always believe in himself, pushed him to keep moving toward ownership, and welcomed him into a family grounded in loyalty and support.

With that support behind him, Arthur studied for the Texas Environmental Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractor examination. In October 2019, he passed on his first attempt.

“She believed I could build something of my own—and kept reminding me until I believed it too.”

Why the name Air Valentine?

A name chosen to carry a standard.

Alma’s father, Valentine, became an important example in Arthur’s life—a steady source of guidance and a picture of hard work, loyalty, perseverance, strength, honesty, commitment, and family.

When Arthur needed a name for the company, the answer felt natural. Air Valentine would carry forward the values of the family that welcomed him and the man who showed him what lasting commitment looks like.

“Air Valentine is more than a business name. It represents the values I want the company to carry into every home and every job.”

What the name must represent

Five values. One standard in every home.

These are not meant to be decorative words. They are the measure Arthur wants customers to use when judging the company that bears Valentine’s name.

01

Hard work

Show up prepared and do the work with care.

02

Strength

Stay steady when the job or the season gets difficult.

03

Honesty

Explain what the system is doing without manufacturing pressure.

04

Commitment

Stand behind the scope, the communication, and the result.

05

Family

Treat the name on the business—and the home being served—with respect.

What Arthur believes

Customers deserve clarity—not pressure.

Not every service call should automatically become a replacement conversation. Sometimes a repair makes sense. Sometimes replacement is the better long-term decision. Arthur’s job is to explain what he finds, present the practical options, and respect the customer’s choice.

Owner-led means hands-on

The person behind the promise understands the work.

Air Valentine is not built around a distant corporate office or a rotating sales script. It is built from decades of field experience and the belief that the person whose reputation is attached to the business should be accountable for the explanation and the result.
