01

Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Air Valentine Heating & Air Conditioning (“Air Valentine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information connected with this website and with inquiries initiated from it. Air Valentine provides residential and light-commercial HVAC services in and around San Antonio, Texas.

This policy covers website visits, calls, text messages, service inquiries, and information you choose to share when discussing a possible or active job. It does not replace the privacy terms of a financing provider, equipment manufacturer, social network, carrier, or other third party.

02

Information we may receive

Information you provide

When you call, text, or otherwise contact Air Valentine, we may receive your name, phone number, service address or ZIP code, preferred language and contact method, property type, HVAC concerns, scheduling details, photographs, equipment information, and other details you choose to share.

Website service-request form

The request form securely sends the information you provide to Air Valentine so the business can respond. The form may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, ZIP code, service category, property and system details, urgency, preferred contact method, and a short description. A phone number is required so Air Valentine can follow up.

Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited device, network, and interaction information to help distinguish people from automated abuse. Supabase stores a private durable record of the request before notification. Resend processes the submitted request solely to deliver a transactional email to Air Valentine's business Gmail account, airvalentinehvac@gmail.com. These providers act under their own terms and privacy practices. Air Valentine does not use the request form to send your entries to Google Analytics.

Technical and preference information

The hosting and security infrastructure may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, approximate request time, and diagnostic or security logs. The site may store limited preferences in your browser.

Google Analytics 4

Air Valentine uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website use, such as page views and interactions with call, text, service, helper, financing, and project controls. Analytics events use only controlled categories such as page path, placement, service category, urgency category, language, and de-identified project slug. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, ZIP codes, street addresses, free-text messages, and form values are not sent to Analytics. After the server confirms that a service request has a durable website-lead record, Analytics may receive a generate-lead event containing only approved non-identifying categories. Failed requests may produce an error event with a controlled error category. Neither event includes form values or the confirmation reference.

03

How we use information

We may use information we receive to:

  • Respond to inquiries and discuss service needs;
  • Schedule, prepare for, perform, and document HVAC work;
  • Develop estimates, proposals, invoices, and service records;
  • Register eligible equipment or help administer warranties;
  • Communicate about appointments, job status, and follow-up;
  • Maintain, secure, and improve the website and business; and
  • Meet legal, licensing, accounting, safety, and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not use website information to make decisions about employment, credit, insurance, housing, or other legally protected eligibility.

04

When information may be shared

Air Valentine does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

  • Service providers supporting hosting, communications, scheduling, payment processing, accounting, equipment registration, or business operations;
  • Manufacturers, distributors, subcontractors, inspectors, permitting authorities, or financing providers involved in a requested job;
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, safety, or the integrity of the business; and
  • Another party at your direction or with your consent.

If the business is reorganized, sold, or transferred, relevant records may be transferred subject to applicable law.

05

Analytics, Facebook embeds, and third-party services

The home page includes embedded Facebook posts used to show real customer recommendations. When those embeds load, Meta may receive technical information and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own terms and privacy policy, particularly if you are signed in to Facebook. Air Valentine does not control Meta’s data practices.

Telephone, SMS, map, financing, manufacturer, and other external links may also be governed by the privacy practices of the service you open. Review those third-party policies before providing information.

Google may process limited analytics information under Google's own privacy terms. Browser privacy controls, content blockers, and Google's available opt-out controls may limit that processing.

Cloudflare may process technical and interaction information to provide Turnstile abuse prevention, Supabase stores the private lead ledger, and Resend may process request content to deliver the service-request email. Air Valentine uses these providers only as needed to operate and secure the request form.

06

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to an inquiry, provide service, maintain job and warranty records, resolve disputes, and satisfy tax, licensing, insurance, safety, and other legal obligations. Retention periods vary with the type of record and the relationship.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. No website, carrier, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card details, account passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information by ordinary text message.

07

Your privacy choices and Texas rights

You may ask whether we maintain personal information about you and request access, correction, or deletion by calling or texting 210-889-9585. We will take reasonable steps to verify the request and respond as required by applicable law. Some information may be retained when needed for a completed job, warranty, safety, fraud prevention, dispute, or legal obligation.

Texas residents may have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act when that law applies, including rights involving access, correction, deletion, portability, and certain processing opt-outs. Air Valentine does not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising or qualifying profiling.

Browser choices: You may block or clear browser storage and third-party cookies through your browser settings. Blocking third-party content may prevent embedded Facebook reviews from displaying.

08

Children’s privacy

This website and Air Valentine’s services are intended for adults arranging property-related HVAC service, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us so we can address it.
